There are many Scottish Rite members who have actively involved in the Valley of Calgary for many years – and a few have belonged to the Scottish Rite for over fifty years.
Ill. Bro. Stan Clayton, who passed on May 5 2024 to the Grand Lodge above, was presented with a certificate in 2015 acknowledging his 50 years in Scottish Rite. Stan was a dedicated Mason and an influential member of Freemasonry in Alberta. He served in many capacities including as the senior member for Scottish Rite in Alberta.
Several other members also received long service awards. Ill. Bro. Jack Cooke received a certificate acknowledging his 60 years’ service. Others also received 25 year certificates. View the photo gallery here.
